Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through site visits, references, brokers, digital platforms, and walk-in clients.
- Conduct property presentations and site tours for prospective buyers.
- Follow up with clients regularly to convert inquiries into bookings.
- Maintain accurate data of leads and update CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign follow-ups.
- Assist customers with documentation, booking formalities, and payment schedules.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and brokers.
- Provide market feedback and competitor analysis to management.




- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Positive understanding of real estate sales processes.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
- Presentable personality with professional approach.
- Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales (Freshers with strong sales skills may apply).
- Local market knowledge will be an added advantage.

- Monthly sales bookings achieved.
- Lead-to-conversion ratio.
- Customer satisfaction score.
- Follow-up efficiency and data accuracy.

Compensation

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
