Job Title: Assembly Helper

- HT & LT Panels (Electrical Switchgear)

Department: Electrical / Production

Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Electrical

Experience: 1-3 Years

Location: factory location (khed shivapur) Bus facility is available

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise assembly of LT Panels (PCC, MCC, APFC, VFD, PLC panels) and HT Panels (11kV VCB, RMU, HT switchgear).
- Interpret GA drawings, schematic drawings, wiring diagrams, and BOM .
- Allocate daily work to technicians and helpers and monitor productivity.
- Ensure proper busbar assembly, cable dressing, wiring, torque tightening, and panel finishing .
- Coordinate with Quality, Stores, Design, and Testing teams .
- Ensure compliance with IEC / IS standards , safety norms, and company SOPs.
- Identify and resolve assembly issues, material shortages, and technical problems.
- Maintain assembly checklists, daily production reports, and rework records .
- Support internal testing, customer inspection, and dispatch activities .




- Train and guide technicians for best assembly practices.

Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of HT & LT switchgear assembly :

- Hands-on experience with ACB, MCCB, VCB, relays, CT/PT, meters :

- Ability to read and execute electrical drawings independently

- Team handling and shop-floor coordination skills

- Knowledge of electrical safety procedures :

- Basic documentation and reporting skills

- Experience in control panel / switchgear manufacturing industry :

- Exposure to factory acceptance testing (FAT) :

- Ability to meet deadlines under pressure

- Good communication and leadership skills
