POSITION : Head Chef in Bakery Manufacturing Company LOCATION : Kolkata, Minto Park CTC : 25000-35000/ month (Based upon last salary & experience)
Job Role & Responsibilities :
- Lead and supervise the bakery team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Plan menus and develop recent recipes for breads, cakes, and pastries.
- Maintain high standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs.
- Ensure strict hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards in the bakery.
