- You may not have starred in a food show—but your bakes could. You understand contemporary design but cherish local ingredients. You’d rather make magic with 4 ingredients than fuss with 14.

Your Role Will Include :

- Creating and executing a menu of contemporary, clean, and seasonal bakery items.
- Carrying out pre launch and post launch trials with finesse.
- Experimenting with mínimalistic aesthetics
- Working closely with the founding team to shape the identity of the café
- Being part of a lean, soulful team where your voice and vision matter
- Training junior staff (as we grow!) and maintaining standards from day one
