Responsibilities :
- Prepare authentic Indian, Chinese (Indo-Chinese), and Mughlai cuisine .
- Plan weekly menus as per family preferences.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
- Manage groceries and kitchen inventory.
Requirements :
- Proven experience as a home cook/personal chef.
- Expertise in vegetarian & non-vegetarian dishes.
- Knowledge of rich gravies, tandoor items, biryani, curries, noodles, Manchurian, etc.
- Reliable, punctual, and well-mannered.
