We're Hiring :Benefits Analyst I**

Location :Hyderabad India - Hybrid Full-Time | Permanent Position**

What you need to be successful

- Responsible for supporting and implementing global and regional benefits and wellbeing initiatives across EMEA. The role partners with global Total Rewards teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver effective benefits programs, ensure compliance, and drive process standardization and improvements.
- Working with Global Total Rewards Team on various wellbeing projects (Employee Assistance Program)




- Reviewing and adjusting company global recognition program
- Creating and implementing benefits in EMEA region
- Negotiating of new conditions of renewals, looking for new solutions, integrating in global strategy
- Active participation in benefits process standardization and process improvement
- Direct cooperation with perks providers and brokers with respect to contract provisions, group and individual cases, following consequences of new local laws, designing solutions for non-standard cases
- Participation in compensation and benefits strategy meetings by giving recommendation, reviewing local and international reports
- Responding employees’ questions via ticketing system
- Advantages invoicing processes, finance reconciliation, cooperation with other HR functions, preparing input for Payroll, preparing Payroll reports
