Key Responsibilities1. Live Classroom Teaching

- Conduct live classes for competitive exam aspirants in an effective and engaging manner
- Explain reasoning concepts in a simple, logical, and exam-oriented way
- Maintain student engagement and interaction during live sessions
- Deliver topic-wise teaching according to syllabus and exam pattern

2. Subject Coverage

- Teach important Reasoning topics including:

- Analogy

- Classification

- Alphabet and Number Series

- Coding-Decoding

- Blood Relations

- Direction Sense

- Order and Ranking

- Syllogism

- Puzzle and Seating Arrangement

- Statement and Conclusion

- Input-Output

- Logical Reasoning

- Non-Verbal Reasoning

- Ensure structured and complete syllabus coverage

3. Content Preparation

- Prepare class notes, practice questions, assignments, and test content
- Design topic-wise worksheets, quizzes, and revision material
- Create shortcut methods, tricks, and smart solving approaches
- Support in preparing MCQs, practice sets, and mock test discussions

4. Student Guidance & Mentorship

- Guide students regarding preparation strategy and question-solving approach
- Solve doubts during or after live classes
- Help students improve speed, accuracy, and logical thinking
- Motivate students for regular practice and performance improvement

Academic Planning

- Plan classes according to exam syllabus, question trends, and student level
- Coordinate with academic team for class scheduling and course flow
- Contribute to revision batches, crash courses, doubt sessions, and special classes
- Suggest improvements in course structure and reasoning content delivery

6. Performance Improvement

- Focus on improving students’ conceptual clarity and problem-solving ability
- Analyze common mistakes and explain better approaches
- Help students develop faster and more accurate reasoning techniques
- Train students according to changing exam pattern and difficulty level

7. Promotional & Academic Support

- Participate in demo classes, free classes, orientation sessions, and academic promotional activities
- Contribute to building strong academic value through quality teaching

- Good understanding of competitive exam pattern and question types
- Confidence in handling live classes

Preferred Qualifications

- Graduate / Postgraduate in any relevant discipline

- Prior teaching experience for competitive exams :

- Experience in live classes will be preferred

- Valuable understanding of SSC, Railway, Banking, Police, Defence, and other government exam patterns
