Required Skills & Competencies :

- MBA/ MA in Economics
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Minimum Teaching experience between 3-4 Yrs
- Robust classroom management abilities.
- Proficiency in using digital teaching tools and smart classroom technology.

Key Responsibilities :

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in Business Management and Economics as per the IGCSE curriculum.
- Develop lesson plans, schemes of work, and instructional materials aligned with Cambridge standards.
- Facilitate student understanding of key concepts such as business operations, finance, marketing, economic systems, and global trade.
- Assess, record, and report on student progress through assignments, tests,



and examinations.
- Prepare students for IGCSE examinations with structured revision strategies and exam techniques.
- Integrate real-world business and economic scenarios into teaching.
- Maintain discipline and create a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and provide feedback on student performance.
- Organize and support co-curricular activities such as business clubs, debates, and competitions.
