Key Responsibilities1. Live Classroom Teaching

- Conduct live classes for competitive exam aspirants in an effective and engaging manner
- Explain concepts in a simple, clear, and exam-oriented way
- Maintain student engagement during live sessions
- Deliver topic-wise and syllabus-based teaching as per exam pattern

2. Subject Coverage

- Teach General Studies topics including:

- History

- Geography

- Indian Polity

- Economics

- General Science

- Static GK

- Current Affairs

- Miscellaneous GS topics as per exam need

- Ensure complete and structured coverage of relevant syllabus

3. Content Preparation

- Prepare class notes, study material, questions, and practice content
- Design topic-wise assignments, quizzes, and revision plans
- Create exam-oriented explanations and shortcut approaches wherever needed
- Support in preparing MCQs, practice sets, and mock test discussions

4. Student Guidance & Mentorship

- Solve students’ doubts during or after classes
- Help students understand important topics and expected exam trends
- Motivate and mentor students for consistent preparation

5. Academic Planning

- Plan classes according to syllabus, exam demand, and student level




- Coordinate with academic team for schedule planning and course delivery
- Contribute to batch planning, revision classes, crash courses, and special sessions
- Support content improvement based on student feedback and exam requirements

6. Performance Improvement

- Focus on improving students’ conceptual understanding and question-solving ability
- Analyze common student mistakes and address them during teaching
- Help students improve speed, accuracy, and confidence in GS sections

7. Promotional & Academic Support

- Participate in demo classes, free sessions, awareness classes, and academic promotional activities
- Contribute to the growth of the academic brand through quality teaching

- Good command of competitive exam pattern and syllabus
- Ability to handle live classes confidently

Preferred Qualifications

- Graduate / Postgraduate in relevant discipline

- Prior teaching experience for competitive exams :

- Experience in live classes will be preferred

- Good understanding of SSC, Railway, Police, Defence, Teaching, and other government exam patterns
