Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality classroom teaching (Online & Offline)





Simplify complex concepts into easy-to-understand learning

Develop and use structured teaching resources (Notes, PPTs, DPPs, PYQs)

Design Assignments, Test Papers, Practice Sheets

Identify top performers & weak students and mentor accordingly

Ensure syllabus completion on time with quality delivery

Participate in academic planning, content development & training sessions

We offer a hybrid compensation model to attract top talent: 1. Fixed Salary (Full time Faculty)

Experience Level Annual CTC Range

1-3 Years ₹5 LPA - ₹8 LPA

3-8 Years ₹8 LPA - ₹12 LPA

8+ Years (Senior Faculty / Top IIT/NIT/ Dr) faculty with strong results can exceed this range

3. Per Lecture Model (Visiting Faculty)

₹800 - ₹2500 per lecture (based on profile & experience)
