Position Summary

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving strategic growth initiatives, building institutional partnerships, managing key accounts, and contributing to revenue expansion. The role demands a consultative sales approach, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work closely with senior educational decision-makers.

Reporting Structure

Reporting To: Director - Business Development Directly Working With: School Principals, Trustees, Directors, Academic Coordinators, Operations Team, Academic Team, and Leadership Team.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute institutional sales strategies. Build relationships with school leadership teams. Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and solution consultations. Generate new business opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Prepare proposals, quotations, agreements, and commercial documentation. Manage negotiations and contract closures. Coordinate implementation activities with internal teams. Ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Education,



or related field. MBA preferred. 2-5 years of experience in Business Development, Institutional Sales, B2B Sales, or Education Sector Sales. Experience working with schools and educational institutions is highly desirable.
