- Strategist : Analyzes opponents, evaluates team strengths, and develops actionable game plans and tactics to secure competitive success.
- Motivator & Mentor : Builds athletes' confidence, helps them overcome competitive pressure, and acts as a positive role model.
- Safety Officer : Assesses an athlete's physical readiness, ensures protected playing conditions, and minimizes the risk of injury.

- Plan & Deliver Sessions : Create progressive training programs that develop both physical fitness (strength, agility) and technical skills.
- Performance Analysis :



Review both individual and team performance during practices and competitions to provide constructive feedback.
- Game Day Duties : Lead the team during matches, make strategic substitutions, and adapt tactics in real time.
- Injury Management : Collaborate with sports medicine professionals to prevent injuries and guide athletes through rehabilitation and safe return-to-play protocols.
- Team Administration : Handle logistics, manage equipment, and maintain accurate records of player progress and statistics

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
