Job Summary Key Responsibilities Telecalling Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally. Contact prospective students generated through online and offline marketing campaigns. Explain courses, fees, batches, certifications, and career opportunities. Follow up regularly with leads to convert enquiries into admissions. Schedule counselling sessions and campus visits. Maintain daily call reports and update CRM/Excel records. Achieve monthly admission and follow-up targets. Reception & Front Desk Welcome students,
