Job Summary

We are looking for energetic Graduates to join our Banking BPO team in Vadodara. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for bank customers, assisting them with account queries, credit card services, and general banking support.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Support : Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to resolve customer queries regarding banking products.
- Problem Solving : Assist customers with account balances, transaction history, and digital banking support.
- Documentation : Accurately update customer interaction details in the banking CRM system.
- Compliance : Adhere to banking security protocols and maintain high levels of data confidentiality.
- Quality Targets : Meet daily targets for Call Quality, Average Handling Time (AHT), and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).

Requirements :

- Education :Any Graduate** (B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc, etc.) is mandatory. (No Undergraduates/Pursuing students).
- Communication :



Good verbal communication in Hindi and English . Knowledge of Gujarati is a plus.
- Skills : Basic computer knowledge and typing speed (20-25 wpm).
- Experience : 0-1 year. Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
- Qualities : Patient, polite, and able to work in a fast-paced workplace.
