We are looking for a confident and qualified Customer Service Executive to join our Ahmedabad team. Job Responsibilities The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for handling customer calls, supporting clients with product and service-related queries, maintaining professional communication, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Key responsibilities include: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally. Assist customers with questions related to POS systems, services, and support. Communicate clearly and politely in English. Maintain customer records and follow up when required. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.



Provide excellent service while maintaining a calm and soft-spoken approach. Work efficiently during night shift hours. Excellent spoken and written English is required. Must be soft-spoken, polite, and customer-focused. Comfortable working in night shift. Good communication and listening skills. Basic computer knowledge is required. Prior experience in customer service, call center, or support role is preferred. Freshers with excellent English communication may also apply.
