Hello, Role: Customer Support Executive (B2B - US Market) : Shift : 7:30 PM - 5:00 AM IST (10:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST ) Working Days : 5 (Monday to Friday) Location :Ahmedabad, Gujarat ( On-site) Experience :2 - 3 years Employment Type : Full-Time : Job Overview : Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with B2B customers, dealers, and distributors. :

- Create, process, and manage orders using Shopify.

- Manage product returns, exchanges, and warranty claims through the Redo platform.- Support sales inquiries and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order updates.

- Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and support business growth.

Requirements :

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a neutral accent. :

- Experience handling US-based customer support or B2B business communications.

- Hands-on experience with Shopify (mandatory).

- Knowledge of returns and warranty processes; Redo platform experience is an advantage.





- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Reliable internet connection and a skilled remote work setup.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in B2B customer support, wholesale account management, or sales support. :

- Experience working with US-based customers, dealers, or distributors. :

- Understanding of eCommerce operations and order management processes.
