Responsibilities :
- Handle outbound & Inbound calls to US customers
- Pitch company products and services effectively
- Generate sales and achieve monthly targets
- Build good customer relationships
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM
- Resolve customer queries professionally
- Follow communication scripts and sales process
Requirements :
- Positive English communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Confident and positive attitude
- Ability to work in night shifts
- Sales experience is a plus
- Freshers are also welcome
