Watch Your Health (WYH) is a HealthTech-enabled healthcare services company supporting leading multispeciality hospitals. WYH is hiring Customer Support Front Desk Executives to manage patient coordination and front-desk operations at hospital locations.

Role Overview

The role involves handling patient interactions at the front desk and over calls, managing appointments, and ensuring a smooth and positive patient experience during night shift hours.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle front-desk operations and patient queries professionally
- Provide customer support over calls for appointments and hospital-related inquiries
- Schedule and manage doctor appointments accurately
- Maintain patient records and appointment schedules
- Coordinate between patients, doctors, and hospital staff
- Assist patients with basic treatment, process,



and insurance-related queries
- Collect patient feedback for service improvement
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection norms
- Support hospital operations during the night shift
- 12th Pass / Graduates preferred
- Strong English communication and customer-handling skills
- Good coordination and organizational abilities
- Hospital or healthcare front-desk experience preferred
