Position :Customer Service Representative

Location :Satellite, Ahmedabad

Shift :US Shift (Night Shift)

Experience :Intern to 03 Years

Working Days :5.5 days working

Educational Qualification :Minimum: Graduate in any stream

Key Responsibilities :

- Assist in scheduling appointments, sharing treatment updates, and handling basic inquiries.

- Provide support related to medical services, pharmacy billing, prior authorizations, and insurance verifications.

- Ensure proper documentation and data entry in patient records and CRM systems. Escalate complex or sensitive issues to senior team members as needed. :

- Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and data protection standards.



Actively participate in training and performance improvement sessions.

Required Skills :

- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) with a neutral accent. Confidence, patience, and ability to handle conversations with empathy. :

- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn healthcare software.

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in night shifts.

- Prior BPO experience (0-1 year) is a bonus.
