Job Opening - Customer Relationship Executive

Key Responsibilities :

- Attend incoming customer calls professionally and resolve basic enquiries.
- Make outbound calls to customers/leads and conduct regular follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the Sales/Operations team.
- Welcome and attend guests/clients visiting the office.
- Maintain proper records of calls, enquiries and follow-ups.
- Assist in creating Instagram Reels, short videos and other social media content for the company.
- Be comfortable appearing in front of the camera when required.




- Maintain qualified communication and customer relationships.

Requirements : Minimum 1 year of relevant experience , good Hindi communication skills, basic English communication, pleasant personality, basic computer knowledge, confidence in handling customers, and interest/experience in social media content creation.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
