Eligibility Criteria

- Proficiency in English is mandatory*
- Solid interpersonal & customer service skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle challenging situations, multitasking with empathy and professionalism
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
- Willingness to work in Rotational Shifts and Rotational Week Offs
- Experience: Freshers are welcome
- Education: 12th Pass or above
- Location: Pune ( Kalyani Nagar )
