Role Summary

The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for proactively generating and qualifying sales leads , engaging prospective clients through calls and digital outreach, managing the sales process through CRM, and helping convert prospects into loyal customers while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through research and engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and recent clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing , including demos, proposals, and follow-ups.
- Document all client interactions and sales activity in the CRM system accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with marketing, technical teams, and sales leadership to support sales campaigns and account strategies.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Stay updated on product features, competitive offerings, and industry trends.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs, pricing trends, and sales strategies.

Required Qualifications





- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or related field (IT/Software sales experience preferred).
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales productivity tools.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Goal-oriented with strong analytical, time-management, and organization skills.

Preferred Skills (optional)

- Experience in B2B IT services, cloud solutions, or technology sales.
- Ability to present product features and value propositions effectively.
- Skills in market research and competitive analysis.
