Outbound/Inbound Sales : Call prospective clients to promote products, explain features, and persuade them to make purchases.
- Lead Generation & Follow-up : Identify new business opportunities, follow up on leads, and nurture prospects to close deals.
- Customer Service : Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally to maintain high satisfaction.
- Data Management : Accurately update CRM systems with contact details and conversation notes.
- Target Achievement : Meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly call volume and sales targets.
