Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Telecalling

- Pitch company services to prospective clients and explain offerings clearly
- Maintain and update client databases and CRM records
- Schedule meetings and presentations for the sales team
- Follow up on inquiries, proposals, and closures
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Marketing & Social Media

- Plan and execute social media marketing strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Create and post content to promote company services and projects
- Handle inbound leads generated through social media and digital campaigns
- Coordinate with the creative team for posts, reels, and promotional videos
- Monitor social media engagement, leads, and performance metrics

Business Development & Coordination

- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations,



and presentations
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Support branding, promotional campaigns, and events

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate / Diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field

- Proven experience in sales, telecalling, or marketing (media/agency experience is a plus)

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills :

- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing basics :

- Ability to handle objections and close deals

- Good organizational and time-management skills

- Comfortable working with targets and deadlines

Preferred Skills

- Experience in media, advertising, digital marketing, or production houses :

- Knowledge of lead generation tools and CRM software

- Basic understanding of paid ads (Meta / Google - optional)

- Creative thinking and problem-solving attitude
