Job Description : Responsibilities : Assist customers in selecting gold, diamond, and other jewellery products Explain jewellery designs, purity, hallmarking, pricing, and making charges Build robust relationships with customers and maintain excellent service standards Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable jewellery options Handle daily showroom sales activities Maintain professionalism and represent the Dilip Jewellers brand values Requirements: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in jewellery sales is mandatory Experience must be specifically in the jewellery industry Good communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of gold jewellery, hallmarking, and customer handling Professional appearance and positive attitude
