Key Responsibilities: Generate leads through calls, site visits, referrals, and marketing campaigns
Handle customer inquiries and provide property details
Conduct property site visits and presentations
Build and maintain solid client relationships
Negotiate prices and close sales deals
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with legal and finance teams for documentation
Maintain a database of clients and follow-ups
Stay updated with market trends and competitor activitie
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
