Job Title: Pre-Sales Coordination Officer - LGS

Department : Pre-Sales / Technical Support Location : Nagpur Reporting To : Director

Role Overview

The Pre-Sales Coordination Officer - LGS will support the pre-sales function by assisting in technical coordination, drawing review and proposal preparation for Light Gauge Steel (LGS) projects. The role requires a strong understanding of architectural drawings, construction materials and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely project submissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and interpret architectural and civil drawings for project feasibility and accuracy
- Assist in preparing and modifying AutoCAD drawings as per project requirements
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and sales teams for project inputs and clarifications




- Support in preparing pre-sales documentation, technical submissions and proposals
- Understand and analyse foundation drawings and structural layouts
- Ensure proper documentation, version control and drawing records are maintained
- Assist in quantity take-offs and basic project estimations where required
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on project scope
- Maintain high attention to detail in all technical and coordination activities

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture with up to 3 years of relevant experience OR :

- Diploma in Architecture/Civil with minimum 5 years of relevant experience

Required Skills & Competencies

- Working knowledge of AutoCAD
- Ability to read, interpret and edit technical drawings
- Understanding of 2D and 3D building dimensions and spatial layouts
- Knowledge of construction materials and building systems
- Basic understanding of Light Gauge Steel (LGS) structures and detailing
- Familiarity with civil foundation drawings
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail and documentation discipline
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, deadline-driven environment

Preferred Attributes

- Prior experience in pre-sales or technical coordination roles
- Exposure to LGS or prefabricated construction systems
- Basic understanding of estimation or BOQ preparation

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹41,000.00 per month
