Job Summary

Machen Hardware is looking for a Sales Representative to drive on-ground sales and build relationships across the hardware and interior ecosystem.

This is a field-based role involving dealer visits, architect/designer meetings, and end-to-end sales execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit hardware shops, dealers, and distributors to promote products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Meet architects and interior designers to generate project leads
- Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure repeat business
- Visit project sites when required




- Represent the brand in the market and increase product awareness

Requirements :

- Comfortable with field sales and daily travel
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
- Basic understanding of sales (B2B preferred)
- Prior experience in hardware/interior/construction industry is a plus
- Freshers can also apply

Compensation

- Salary: ₹10,000 per month
- Travel reimbursement provided
