Job Title: Telecaller / Sales Executive (Real Estate)

Location : Greater Noida West (Work from Office) Salary : ₹12,000 per month + Attractive Incentives Employment Type : Full-time

Key Responsibilities

- Call and follow up with leads provided by the company
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options
- Maintain regular follow-ups to nurture and mature leads
- Build strong relationships with potential buyers/investors
- Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and closures
- Maintain records of calls, discussions, and client status

Requirements :

- Good communication and convincing skills (Hindi/English)
- Basic knowledge of sales/telecalling (real estate experience is a plus)
- Confident, proactive, and target-oriented attitude
- Ability to handle rejection and follow up consistently
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
- Freshers are welcome
