Counter Sales Executive — M B Ashtekar Jewellers Pvt. Ltd.

Job Summary : Key Responsibilities :

- Greet and engage customers warmly, understanding their needs.
- Showcase jewellery pieces—gold, diamond, platinum—and explain design and craftsmanship.
- Handle billing and billing-related tasks accurately.
- Keep the counter and displays organized and attractive.
- Collaborate with inventory teams to ensure stock accuracy.
- Work toward daily and monthly targets with a proactive sales approach.

Requirements :

- Completed 12th grade; graduates preferred.
- Prior experience in retail or jewellery sales is a plus.
- Fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English.
- Pleasant, qualified appearance and confident communication.
- Comfortable with rotational weekly offs.

Location : Shikrapur, Pune Salary Range : ₹18,000 - ₹20,000 per month (fixed) Week Off : Rotational Job Timings : 10:00 AM - 8:30 PM

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
