Skills -

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, data analysis).
- Knowledge of supply chain processes, demand planning, inventory management, Data Analysis & Reporting and S&OP; best practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to engage with multiple stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

- Process and manage customer purchase orders in SAP, ensuring accuracy in pricing, terms, and delivery details.
- Create change number (CN), change task (CT), and change requests (CR) in Windchill.
- Support post-sale activities including resolution of invoice discrepancies, return coordination, freight claims,



and short-on-shipment claims.
- Utilize Rehlko’s Enterprise System (SAP) to efficiently manage sales orders, shipments, and invoicing data.
- Extract SAP data to support front end Power BI Analytics
- Acquire an understanding of colleagues' roles to offer backup assistance for assigned accounts as required.
- Be prepared to undertake any other related duties as assigned by management.

Education :

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.

Experience

- 3 to 4 years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, or S&OP; functions.

Experience with demand forecasting, supply planning, and inventory management.

Familiarity with S&OP; and Data Analytics software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Excel, Kinaxis, PowerBI etc.)
