- Role Overview:

- We are looking for an Associate - Commercial / Enterprise / Private Clients to support end‑to‑end P&C; insurance operations, focusing on policy servicing, renewals, and endorsements.

- Key Responsibilities:

- Handle day‑to‑day insurance operations activities

- Hands on experience/exposure to processes such as Certificate of Insurance would be preferred

- Process pre‑renewals, endorsements, and policy changes

- Maintain accurate documentation and records

- Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality, and compliance standards

- Eligibility & Skills:





- 1+ year experience in Insurance Operations (P&C; preferred)

- Basic Insurance Certification - Good to have

- Customer‑focused, detail‑oriented, and process‑driven

- Comfortable working in US / UK shifts

- Willing to work flexible shifts or weekends if required
