House of Sansa, a Lab-Grown Diamond Jewellery Brand, is looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join our team full-time in Raipur.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle customers and provide a premium, personalized jewellery buying experience

* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery and diamonds

* Handle walk-in customers, enquiries and follow-ups

* Build and maintain strong customer relationships

* Follow up with existing and potential customers through calls and WhatsApp

* Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store performance

* Maintain proper records of customer enquiries, orders and follow-ups

* Assist in showcasing jewellery, explaining product details, diamonds, gemstones and pricing

* Coordinate with the design and operations teams to ensure smooth order execution

* Maintain a professional and premium brand image at all times

What We’re Looking For:





* Prior experience in the jewellery industry is required

* Robust sales and customer-handling skills

* Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi

* Good knowledge of jewellery, diamonds and gemstones

* Confident, presentable and customer-oriented personality

* Strong negotiation and convincing skills

* Ability to build long-term relationships with clients

* Proactive, target-oriented and detail-oriented

* Good follow-up and relationship management skills

Location:Raipur

Job Type: Full-Time, Work from Office

Working Hours:10 hours per day, 6 days a week
