Experience: *3–4 years in Polymer Processing / PVC Compounding & Development*

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Polymer / Rubber / Plastics Technology

CTC: Max 8 LPA

Accommodation: Provided

Preference: *South India Candidates*

Job Summary; Responsible for *PVC compound development, formulation, production support* and testing for footwear applications.

*Mandatory Requirements*

- Experience in *PVC compounding & development*

- Hands-on experience in *rigid/adaptable PVC pelletisation*

- Experience in *PVC formulation, processing and optimization*

- Hands-on exposure to *PVC processing and compounding machinery*

- Knowledge of PVC injection moulding and production processes

- Experience in testing, troubleshooting and process optimization





- *Polymer / Rubber / Plastics manufacturing experience*

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and optimize PVC compounds for footwear soles

- Work on flexible PVC, PVC blends and value-added compounds

- Support production trials, scale-up and commercialization

- Troubleshoot formulation and production-related issues

- Optimize mixing, processing and moulding parameters

- Conduct physical and material testing

- Prepare SOPs, trial reports and technical documentation

- Coordinate with R&D;, Production and Quality teams
