We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Business Development Executives (BDEs) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and an interest in sales, student counseling, and business development.

The primary responsibility is to connect with prospective students, explain our IT training programs, understand their career aspirations, and convert interested leads into course enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and introduce our IT training programs.
- Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up with interested candidates through phone calls and messages.
- Explain course features, curriculum, duration, fees, and career opportunities.
- Address student queries and provide guidance on IT training and career development.
- Convert leads into enrollments through effective communication and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and enrollment status.
- Use spreadsheets, email, and other digital tools to manage daily activities.
- Work towards assigned calling targets and enrollment goals.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students.

Required Skills

- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.




- Confidence in speaking with prospective students over the phone.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Basic computer and IT knowledge.
- Familiarity with MS Office, Google Sheets, email, and internet applications.
- Ability to explain information clearly and handle queries professionally.
- Willingness to learn about IT courses, emerging technologies, and career opportunities.
- Positive organizational skills, follow-up discipline, and a target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Eligibility Criteria

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Plus Two or a degree is preferred.
- Experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or educational counseling is an added advantage.
- A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and interest in sales and business development are essential.
