We are looking for an Marketing Executive with a strong background in Client Servicing / Account Management within a marketing or advertising agency.

The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with external marketing agencies, vendors, internal teams, clients and partners to ensure smooth planning and execution of marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and coordination skills, an understanding of various marketing channels, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliverables simultaneously.

Role Details

Position: Marketing Executive

Location: Andheri West, Mumbai

Experience: 3+ Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Mode: Work from Office – Monday to Saturday

Budget: 3.5-5 LPA

Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate and manage day-to-day activities with marketing agencies, vendors and external partners.

· Prepare clear and structured creative, campaign and marketing briefs for agencies and vendors.

· Coordinate with agencies for campaign execution, creative development, social media, paid media and other marketing activities.

· Have a good understanding of Paid Media, Social Media, Online Marketing and Offline Marketing.

· Coordinate campaign requirements, timelines, deliverables, feedback and approvals with relevant stakeholders.

· Coordinate with Sales and other internal departments to ensure alignment of campaigns and business requirements.

· Coordinate with clients and external partners wherever required for marketing-related activities.

· Support the development and implementation of customer journey automations across different touchpoints.

· Coordinate with relevant teams/agencies for CRM, lead nurturing, customer communication and marketing automation initiatives.

· Track campaign deliverables, agency performance, timelines and pending action items.





· Follow up with agencies and vendors to ensure timely completion of deliverables.

· Review marketing creatives, campaigns and communication materials and coordinate feedback with agencies.

· Maintain regular communication with all stakeholders and ensure smooth flow of information.

Requirements

· 3+ years of experience, preferably in Client Servicing / Account Management at a marketing, advertising or digital agency.

· Strong understanding of digital and offline marketing.

· Working knowledge of Paid Media, Social Media and Online Marketing.

· Experience in coordinating with multiple agencies, vendors and clients.

· Strong ability to write and communicate marketing briefs.

· Excellent communication, coordination and follow-up skills.

· Strong project management and stakeholder management abilities.

· Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.

· Basic understanding of CRM, customer journey and marketing automation.

· Valuable working knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
