Tracking Assistant

Job Description:

* Monitor and track trucks/loads throughout the USA.

* Coordinate with drivers and provide regular updates on load status.

* Update tracking information in the company system/TMS.

* Follow up with drivers for pickup, delivery, ETA, delays, and detention.

* Communicate with customers, brokers, and internal teams regarding shipment status.

* Identify and report delays, route issues, or other problems to the concerned team.

* Maintain accurate records of all tracking updates and communications.

* Ensure timely pickup and delivery updates.

Requirements:

* Good English communication skills.

* Basic computer knowledge and good typing skills.

* Ability to communicate with drivers/customers.

* Valuable follow-up and problem-solving skills.

* 1-2 year experience

* Willingness to work in night shifts (Rotational shifts)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
