Job Title: Parts Manager (Automotive)Job Type: Full-timeJob Summary:We are looking for an experienced and organized Parts Manager to oversee our parts department. You will be responsible for managing inventory, purchasing components from vendors, driving parts sales, and leading the store team to ensure smooth workshop operations.Key Responsibilities:

- Inventory Control: Maintain optimal stock levels, prevent shortages, and minimize obsolete/dead stock.
- Procurement & Vendor Management: Source high-quality parts, negotiate prices, and maintain relationships with suppliers.
- Sales Growth: Meet parts demand for internal workshop technicians and retail/wholesale walk-in customers.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate counter staff, storekeepers, and delivery personnel.




- Reporting & Auditing: Keep precise records in DMS/ERP systems and conduct regular physical stock audits.

Requirements:

- Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in automotive parts or warehouse management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, or Dealer Management Systems (DMS).
- Skills: Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
- Education: Graduate or Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering (preferred).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
