We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage project data, documentation, reporting, and portal updates for multiple projects.The candidate will coordinate with project teams to ensure data accuracy, timely reporting, and compliance with project guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update MIS data for DDU and other CSR projects.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on candidate enrolment, attendance, training progress, assessments, and placements.
- Verify candidate details and documents, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Upload candidate information, attendance, photographs, and supporting documents to relevant project portals.
- Maintain digital records, trackers, batch details, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with project coordinators, trainers, mobilisers, and centre teams to collect and verify required data.
- Monitor batch progress, candidate attendance, training completion, and placement records.
- Ensure timely submission of reports and documents as per project requirements.
- Support internal audits, inspections,



and compliance-related documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality and proper backup of project data.

Required Skills

- Positive knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas, sorting, filtering, and data management.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Google Sheets.
- Good data entry, documentation, and report preparation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of skill development projects such as DDU-GKY, PMKVY, or CSR programmes will be an advantage.

Qualification & Experience

- Qualification: Any graduate; candidates with computer or data management qualifications preferred.
- Experience: 6months to 1 year
- Freshers with strong Excel skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
