About Us

RKD CONSTRUCTIONS is a growing construction services company based in Malbazar having projects across pan India We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team and help keep our books accurate, compliant, and up to date.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate books of accounts, including general ledger, journal entries, and bank reconciliations
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, vendor payments, and collections follow-up
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports
- Handle GST computation and filing, TDS deductions and returns, and other statutory compliance
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules and documentation
- Process payroll inputs and employee expense claims
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing




- Identify and resolve discrepancies in accounts, and suggest process improvements

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com); CA Inter, CMA Inter, or equivalent is a plus
- [2-4] years of relevant accounting experience
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally Prime, Zoho Books, or SAP
- Solid command of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas)
- Preferred SkillsFamiliarity with ERP systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Ability to meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision
- Integrity and confidentiality in handling financial data
