Ricardo Elevators, from the house of L.T. Elevator Limited, is looking for dynamic and result-oriented candidates to join our growing Sales Team across.

Key Responsibilities

- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business opportunities and develop potential customers.
- Identify and approach builders, architects, consultants, contractors and real estate developers.
- Promote residential and passenger elevator solutions.
- Conduct regular client meetings and site visits.
- Generate leads through field visits, references and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Coordinate with internal technical and sales teams to understand customer requirements.
- Follow up on quotations, proposals and ongoing sales opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate in any discipline.





- 1–4 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Experience in B2B sales, real estate, construction, infrastructure, building materials or elevator industry will be preferred.
- Valuable communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Strong customer relationship and lead-generation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
