International Voice and Chat Process Executive ( Only Night Shifts )

Location: Chandigarh IT Park / Mohali

Only graduates with all DMCs (Detailed Marks Cards) available can apply.

Good spoken English with clear pronunciation and communication skills.

Salary: Starting from Rs. 20,800 per month Plus 3000 Night Allowance Minus PF and Cab

Incentives: Additional performance-based incentives .

Job Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with international customers.
- Communicate professionally with customers in English.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information and solutions.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update details in the system.
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Follow company processes and quality standards.
- Achieve defined performance and productivity targets.
- Learn new tools, systems, and processes through company-provided training.

Eligibility Criteria

- Only graduates with all DMCs (Detailed Marks Cards) available can apply.
- Freshers looking for their first corporate job can apply.
- Good spoken English with clear pronunciation and communication skills.
- Confidence in speaking with international customers.
- Basic computer knowledge, internet usage, and MS Office skills.
