Lead Pre-Sales Consultant

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Solutioning & Customer Advisory

- Understand customer business objectives, operational challenges and digital transformation priorities.
- Translate complex requirements into scalable enterprise architectures and end-to-end AI, Cloud and SaaS solutions aligned to business Design AI and Agentic AI adoption roadmaps for Media and other verticals.
- Lead discovery workshops with executive, business and technical stakeholders.

2. Sales & Prospect Leadership

- Partner with Sales to qualify strategic opportunities, define win strategies and own technical sales cycles.
- Deliver tailored pitches, demos, technical deep dives and POCs for each stakeholder persona (CXO, technical, business, end user), working with Product on strategic POCs.
- Lead deal commercials,



pricing strategy and proposals, and support contract negotiations.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in ongoing programs, acting as client partner for select accounts.

3. Proposal Leadership

- Own end-to-end responses to RFIs, RFPs, RFQs and strategic proposals, including solution and architecture documents, SOW support, effort estimation and risk assessment.
- Independently drive technical solutioning, responses and estimates for both inbound and proactive opportunities.

4. Market Enablement & GTM
Understand market needs and lead productized GTM solutions.
Evangelize through whitepapers, blogs, webinars and industry forums.

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
