Job title: Centre Head & Teacher (up to Grade 10) – MJ Learning Point, Seawoods

Location: Seawoods, Navi Mumbai · Type: Part-time, 5 hours a day · Timings: Monday–Friday, 3:30 pm – 8:30 pm (Saturday & Sunday off) ·

Salary: ₹[ 12000] – ₹[20000 ] per month

About us MJ Learning Point is a tuition centre for Grades 1–10 (CBSE, ICSE and SSC), part of The MJ Small Wonder, Seawoods.

We run school-wise and grade-wise batches with checklists, quick tests and chapter tests so every child stays on track. Your role in one line: you teach Grades 1–10 and you run the centre — timetables, tests, parents and admissions. Teaching (about half your time) • Teach Grades 1–10 (Maths, Science, English and other subjects) for CBSE, ICSE and SSC students • Plan lessons using our chapter checklists; give homework and check notebooks • Give extra attention to students who need support and track their progress Running the centre • Timetables: make and update the weekly timetable for every batch (each school + grade is a separate batch); arrange a substitute when a teacher is absent • Tests:



schedule and conduct quick tests and chapter tests; make sure papers are checked on time; keep marks records and share results • Parents: regular WhatsApp updates and calls on attendance, marks and behaviour; conduct parent meetings every term • Admissions: handle enquiries and walk-ins, show the centre, conduct trial classes, complete admission forms and follow up until the child joins • Daily operations: student and teacher attendance, opening and closing the centre, keeping it clean, safe and organised • Records: follow up on monthly instalments; send a short weekly report to management What we are looking for • Pursuing or completed graduation; B.Ed / D.Ed a plus • Positive spoken English, Hindi and Marathi • Organised, punctual, confident with parents and kind with children • Comfortable with WhatsApp, Google Sheets / Excel and Canva • Freshers welcome — we will train you; tuition or teaching experience is a plus • Staying near Seawoods / Nerul / Belapur preferred What you get • Fixed evening hours that fit around college, with Saturdays and Sundays free • Training in teaching, centre management and parent communication • Experience certificate, and growth into a full Centre Head role as the centre grows
