RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage vendor coordination, quotation comparison, cost negotiation and procurement.
- Plan and execute exhibitions, corporate events, dealer meets and product launches.
- Handle end-to-end event management, including budgeting, logistics and on-site execution.
- Develop and manage Display & Experience Centers.
- Coordinate branding, promotional materials, photoshoots and visual merchandising.
- Manage corporate gifting, procurement and distribution.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with agencies, designers, vendors and internal teams.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, quality and execution.
- Prepare Event reports and evaluate campaign performance.




- Execute ATL & BTL marketing activities and brand activations.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

- Experience in exhibition execution, trade marketing, retail branding, visual merchandising or event management.
- Robust vendor management and project coordination skills.
- Ability to independently manage on-ground activities and multiple projects.
- Willingness to travel across locations as required.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English and Hindi.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
