This is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The Merchandiser will be responsible for planning and implementing merchandising strategies, monitoring inventory levels, analyzing data and collaborating with suppliers. The primary responsibility is to ensure that orders are executed smoothly and profitably, from initial concept to shipment, meeting the brand expectations and goals.

How You Will Add Value (Core Responsibilities)

- Making production Time and Action Calendar – based on the process flow of an order, prepare a calendar and indicate who is responsible for each task.

- Preparing the Bill of Material (BOM) and handing it over to the sourcing department. • Executing the sourcing of trims and accessories.





- Preparing production files with detailed documents, approvals, samples, swatches and buyer comments on samples.

- Conducting pre-production meetings with the quality team and production team. • Executing and monitoring orders to ensure they are running on time.

- Coordinating and following up with vendors if any clarification is required during production.

- Giving clarifications to the production and quality teams, if required, related to style, workmanship and trims.

- Coordinating with the shipping and documentation department for forwarding approved shipments.

- Keeping track of style status and updating the same to top management.
