Job Summary

KG PATH – Sharadha Skill Academy is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Technical Trainer with strong expertise in 2-Wheeler, 3-Wheeler and 4-Wheeler automotive technologies.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in modern automotive systems, particularly BS-VI technology, ECM/ECU, electronic fuel injection (EFI), vehicle diagnostics, OBD scanning tools, sensors, actuators and automotive electrical and electronic systems.

The candidate should be passionate about technical training and capable of delivering practical, industry-oriented training to students and aspiring automotive technicians.

Note: Only candidates who meet the required technical qualifications and hands-on experience should apply. Freshers and candidates without relevant automotive diagnostic expertise are not eligible.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Deliver theoretical and practical training in 2-Wheeler, 3-Wheeler and 4-Wheeler automotive technologies.
- Provide advanced training on BS-VI emission standards and automotive systems.
- Demonstrate ECM/ECU working principles, programming fundamentals and troubleshooting.
- Train students on OBD-I/OBD-II diagnostic scanners and advanced vehicle diagnostic tools.
- Provide hands-on training in EFI, fuel injection systems and electronic engine management.
- Train students on automotive electrical and electronic systems, including sensors, actuators, wiring diagrams and circuit troubleshooting.
- Demonstrate vehicle fault identification, error code reading,



live data analysis and troubleshooting procedures.
- Provide practical training on engine management systems, transmission systems, braking systems and vehicle maintenance.
- Introduce students to EV technology, electric vehicle components, battery management systems and basic EV diagnostics.
- Develop training materials, practical assignments, assessment tools and workshop activities.
- Maintain workshop equipment, diagnostic tools and training vehicles.
- Prepare students for industry employment through practical demonstrations and job-oriented training.

Mandatory Technical Skills & Expertise

Candidates must have practical knowledge and experience in the following areas:

- BS-VI Automotive Technology.
- ECM / ECU systems and troubleshooting.
- OBD-I / OBD-II Diagnostic Scanners.
- Advanced Automotive Diagnostic Tools.
- EFI – Electronic Fuel Injection Systems.
- Sensors and Actuators.
- Automotive Electrical & Electronic Systems.
- Wiring Diagrams and Circuit Troubleshooting.
- Engine Management Systems.
- Fault Code Reading and Live Data Analysis.
- 2-Wheeler, 3-Wheeler and 4-Wheeler servicing and diagnostics.

Additional Advantage:

- Electric Vehicle (EV) technology and diagnostics.
- CAN Bus and automotive communication protocols.
- ECU programming and calibration fundamentals.
- Experience with authorised automobile service centres or OEMs.

Educational Qualifications





- Diploma / ITI / B.E. / B.Tech in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a relevant technical discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant automotive industry or technical training experience.
- Strong practical workshop and diagnostic experience is mandatory.

Candidate Requirements

- Must possess excellent hands-on technical knowledge.
- Should be capable of independently handling automotive practical sessions.
- Good communication and student-handling skills.
- Ability to explain complex automotive technologies through practical demonstrations.
- Willingness to work in a skill development and technical training environment.

Salary & Benefits

₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Salary will be offered based on the candidate's experience, technical competency and practical diagnostic expertise.
