Key Responsibilities:

- Handle student enquiries through calls, walk-ins, emails, and online platforms.
- Counsel candidates on IT courses, career opportunities, and payment plans.
- Drive admissions through regular follow-ups and relationship building.
- Manage fee collection and maintain accurate MIS/CRM records.
- Coordinate with the Branch Manager and internal teams for smooth batch scheduling.
- Achieve monthly admission targets while delivering an excellent student experience.

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication and counselling skills.
- 2–6 years of experience in Admission Counselling, Education Sales, Inside Sales, or Student Counselling.
- Target-oriented with strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
