Job Title: Client Relationship Executive (ICRE)

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Freshers and Experienced Graduates/Master's degree holders who have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The candidate will be responsible for managing international clients, maintaining strong client relationships, and providing updates regarding research and publication services.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Build and maintain robust relationships with international clients through calls, emails, and regular follow-ups.
- Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Explain research publication services, including research articles, review papers, books, and other academic publications.
- Coordinate with internal editorial and research teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Handle client queries, resolve issues,



and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain existing client relationships and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Provide regular updates to clients regarding ongoing research and publication services.

Eligibility Criteria

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Graduates and Master's degree holders from any discipline can apply.
- Candidates with a background in Science, BSc, MSc, Pharmacy, or related fields will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Research and Publication is an added advantage.
- Good verbal and written Communication skills are mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
