We are looking for a highly motivated, analytical, and quick-learning finance professional to support our US team with hotel acquisitions, investor relations, and asset management activities.

Role: Investment Analyst

Experience: 1–1.5 Years

Salary: 10.5 - 11.5 LPA

Team: US client support (WFH available)

Key Responsibilities

- Analyse financial statements and hotel investment opportunities.
- Assist with financial modelling, projections, and investment return analysis.
- Prepare investor reports, management reports, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and hotel performance analysis.
- Analyse financial data and prepare reports using Excel.

Required Skills

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1–1.5 years of relevant experience is must
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Excellent written English and communication skills.
- Robust analytical abilities, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
